Elegant and bright newly renovated apartment located on the fourth floor of a residential building with lift. The apartment is located in front of the Teatro dell'Opera, in the famous Viminale district, a few steps from metro A (Termini) and B (Cavour). The apartment is a prestigious property with classic and elegant furnishings, marble and parquet floors, original ceilings and windows. The entrance door is accessed through a condominum representative hall with security camera. The apartment consists of an entrance used as a living area with a sofa (convertible to a single bed), 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with spacious and comfortable showers, large kitchen with dining area. All rooms have Air Conditioning and Wi Fi. From the two bedrooms' windows you can admire a glimpse of Santa Maria Maggiore Cathedral.

Had some issues with the shower but they came and took care of it right away. Great place and great location! Very friendly hosts

The location was excellent. It's immediately in front of a Carrefour Express and 15-20 mins walking to most tourist locations. It's also 9 mins from Roma Termini, which we used to move around in Italy.
The location felt safe though a pizza worker there told me the area between the apartment and termini can get rowdy at night but we didn't experience any issues. It was quiet at night without noise.
Apartment itself was spacious enough for our family of 5 esp bc it has higher ceilings. The 2 showers was very helpful. Air-conditioning worked fine. 350kg max elevator is large enough for 4 adults crammed in. 4th floor so you decide whether to walk or ride.
Could use a spatula and extra trash bags but otherwise enjoyed the stay.

We were a family of 4 and this place was ideal and comfortable. The rooms are spacious, good closet space, good bathrooms and showers. The toilet in 2nd bathroom is tightly positioned and it’s difficult to sit - it’s a minor inconvenience compared to this beautiful apartment and well kept and excellently maintained.
This apartment location is superb. It’s central to many key places that are walkable distance. The train station is also walkable. Good restaurants in walking distance, and a carefour grocery store just round the corner. Overall this is a 5 star property and I would highly recommend.
