Upstairs, the cottage opens onto a large living room with equipped kitchen, living room and lounge. You will have two bedrooms (one 140 bed and two 90 beds including a pull-out bed), a bathroom and a separate toilet. Outside, you will enjoy a private terrace facing the swimming pool and a parking space in the courtyard in front of the cottage. Shared with the other cottage: the enclosed garden and the 30m2 swimming pool (open from June to September from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.). Located opposite an old family farm, the cottage is nestled with cottage 56G15316 (7 people) and adjoins a house. The fiber and photovoltaic trackers supplying the two cottages have been installed recently. A few minutes from the sea, this fenced farmhouse is located between the historic center of Vannes and the seaside resort of La Baule/Pornichet. 8 minutes from the cottage, the Branféré Animal and Botanical Park promises great family moments! A little further, wander through the charming streets of Rochefort-en-terre (elected Favorite Village of the French in 2016) or embark at the marina of La Roche-Bernard (labeled Small City of Character) to sail on the Vilaine River.
