This home was an absolute gem! Fully appointed kitchen with excellent newer appliances. Dishwasher, washer, dryer, refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker, Keurig, and microwave. Two bottled water dispensers. Outside grill! Two bathrooms and two comfortable bedrooms, eat-in kitchen and comfortable living/family room. Multiple TV’s with DVD players and streaming capabilities. I worked two of the jigsaw puzzles from the game shelves! Rick was so generous and welcoming. We stayed for two weeks and would highly recommend this home to anyone needing a place in the foothills. Plenty of room to spread out. Several fabulous outdoor seating areas. Fenced yard for pets. Fantastic location just minutes from Walmart and a multitude of other stores and restaurants. Yuma proper is about 10 minutes away, so this home is close to the parks and activities Yuma has to offer!Don’t hesitate to choose this home! Super clean and comfortable! Thanks Rick.

Rick is a great host. The property worked very well for us. Close to shopping and freeway access. My cat enjoyed the stay also.

The owner Rick was easy to communicate with and made the stay relaxing. Great location if you are going to Los Algodones for dental work.
