We were extremely pleased with this location. The apartment was clean and well stocked. It was easy access to the T. Close to The Daily market which was perfect for breakfast pastries and sandwiches. It was perfect for our family of 6 who were in town for a graduation. Communication was good. Description was spot on. Would stay here again.

Overall rating 4 out of 5 stars. The biggest negative issues were poor (soft) mattresses, washing machined was not working properly and poor communication from owner about parking restrictions.

We felt comfortable with where the property is located. Easy walk to the Savin Hill “T” station. I was disappointed with the owners lack of empathy in helping me with a problem with the tv. The internet speed was slow. The picture on the tv would frequently freeze to buffer. There is on street parking. We were fortunate to get a parking space a couple doors down. At three in the morning of our first night, we were woken by noice from the unit directly above us. This lasted for about one hour. One or multiple people were walking around, opening and closing things and the noise penetrated through the floor. This only happened the first night.
