The Condo was very nice and spacius. We enjoyed our time at this location. The condo could use some upgrades loke the appliances, they appeared pretty worn. The beds were comfortable and the view was great. The water situation though it was out of control of the owners was not very good, however once I contacted the owners they advised of the back up system they had in place to help alleviate the lack of water for showers and toilet flushing. We would definitely stay at this location again and recommend it to others. With regards to spending time at the beach I would recommend going elsewhere like Luquillo which is about 20-25 minutes away as the beach area at this location is not very well kept and it's small with lots of rocks so you will need water shoes to enter the water. However if you walk just past the beach area that is directely behind the condo area you will find that area has no rocks in it and allows you to get into the ocean without water shoes. The Owners were very helpful and easy to communicate with any issues that may arrive. If not for the lack of water for several days and the sand on the floors when we arrived I would give this unit 5 stars across the board.

The host was very good at restaurant suggestions and other things to do. Lolitas was delicious. The snacks provided were very welcome after a long trip. Kitchen was wonderfully stocked. Check in was a bit awkward, but nothing too terrible. Security needed everyone's IDs. View from the balcony was beautiful. The beach was very windy but we made do. It is not a huge beach, but was also pretty private. Pools were good. Hot tub was luke warm, not hot. Experience was great.

Super clean condo. The additional amenities like beach chairs and umbrellas were appreciated. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. The outdoor spaces were amazing!
