Mid Century Modern ideally located near shopping and Interstate 5. This 1960's home is completely updated with modern appliances while retaining it's 1960's charm. Three bedrooms, large front room with a 65" smart TV, fantastic cooking space, large completely fenced and private back yard , hot tub with 32" smart TV make this a fantastic base for exploring the three local rivers, or a dash to the beach and a stroll through the redwoods. We allow pets, but do charge a $35 per pet fee.

My family and I stayed in the mid century modern house for one night during our long road trip. Check-in was very easy and communication with the host was great. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. We didn't get a chance to use the hot tub, but we did use the ping pong table and the video game system in the garage, which were both fun for the adults and kids alike. Worth noting is that the home is indeed mid-century so expect some older elements like the cabinets and windows. Appliances and shower were more updated. Also note that there are not any blinds in the windows, only curtains. So the light comes in strong in the morning. Overall we had a nice stay in a convenient location on a quiet street. Just what we wanted.

House is spacious and in convenient location close to everything you might need. Pet friendly and fenced back yard was a big plus for us. The host was quick to respond to all our questions.

Clean area, great location, host was easily accessible to contact and very friendly! Loved the set up of the house and all of its amenities!
