A cozy gem in Ballard! Just right for our family of 4 with two older kids. Beautiful, walkable neighborhood and very peaceful. We loved the outdoor seating area, and the house was stocked with helpful amenities. Highly recommend!

Cole is an excellent host. The house is super cozy, well appointed and very efficient in kitchen living space, sleeping, and bathroom size. Everything in the house was labelled and clean. Cole left us a little welcome gift of wine, chocolates, and fresh eggs - so we felt like we were home away from home right away - would definitely recommend !
