Viking Luxury Rentals welcomes you to Troll’s Treehouse, a unique and romantic mountain retreat in the charming Bavarian-style town of Helen, Georgia. Nestled on a wooded hillside at the base of the Blue Ridge Mountains, this modern treehouse-style escape features a private hot tub, peaceful forest views, and walkable access to downtown Helen.

Designed for couples, families, or small groups of up to four guests, Troll’s Treehouse offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and inviting living spaces that combine modern comfort with the beauty of the North Georgia mountains.

Large windows fill the space with natural light and bring the surrounding forest indoors. Relax in the comfortable living area, prepare your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen, or enjoy a peaceful morning coffee while taking in the wooded hillside setting.

Step outside onto your private wraparound deck and unwind in your own hot tub, surrounded by tranquil forest views. Whether you're enjoying a quiet morning or soaking under the stars, this space is designed for relaxation. Just steps away, your private outdoor fire pit offers another cozy spot to gather and enjoy the mountain air.

Our fully paved private road provides convenient vehicle access to the property. Downtown Helen is just a short walk away, allowing you to explore the Bavarian-inspired village, dine at local restaurants, visit nearby wineries, and browse unique shops and boutiques without the hassle of driving. The return walk is uphill, so we provide a designated walk-to-town parking area near the main gate for guests who prefer to skip the climb.

Perfect for:

• Romantic getaways and anniversaries

• Couples traveling together

• Small families and groups of up to four guests

• Weekend escapes in the North Georgia mountains

• Travelers seeking a private hot tub and walkable location

• Relaxing retreats surrounded by nature

Troll’s Treehouse offers the perfect balance of privacy, comfort, and convenience. Enjoy the peaceful wooded surroundings while staying just minutes from the restaurants, shopping, festivals, and attractions of downtown Helen.

At Viking Luxury Rentals, we strive to create memorable stays that combine modern comfort, thoughtful design, and the natural beauty of North Georgia.
