*Living Room: open concept living room adjoins the dining area and kitchen. The large windows allow lots of natural light to enter and provide you with amazing views of the water. A pull out sofa in the living room will sleep 2 comfortably.
*Kitchen: fully stocked kitchen with all necessities for preparing a wonderful home cooked meal while visiting the coast.
*Bedroom 1: King Bed - sleeps 2 Newly updated!
*Bedroom 2: Queen Bed - sleeps 2
*Living room 3: Couch is a sofa sleeper and will sleep 1-2
*Bathroom: full bath with tub/shower combination.
*Gas Fireplace
Dog fee in the amount of $15/dog/night, not to exceed two dogs with a $30/dog minimum. Any additional fees owed will be added after booking. Dogs must be at least 1 year of age and spayed or neutered. Contract will note full requirements

We had a wonderful time staying here for a mini vacation with family! The listing is exactly like the pictures and the location can’t be beat. You can walk right out into the beach and you’re only a block away from the main street with all the shops and restaurants! If you’re looking for a great place to stay while visiting Cannon Beach, I definitely recommend staying here!

Vintage house right on Cannon Beach. Perfect location to Indian Beach trail, downtown shops and restaurants, quiet and restful stay. Beach breeze was amazing.

The location is fantastic- right on the beach and an easy walk to so many restaurants and shops. Our favorite was the Cannon Beach bakery with delicious pastries and sandwiches on Haystack bread. Everything in the unit was clean and comfortable although some of the infrastructure (cabinets, closets) are a little dated. 15 steps up but great views. We watched the pelicans splashing around in the inlet and saw a bald eagle fly by.

Great view and location. Kitchen well equipped. Owners very nice and communicate well.Now the not great part: House has a lot of deferred maintenance as it’s quite shabby - chipped paint, worn out cabinets, musty smell, old carpeting. I tried to take a hot bath and there wasn’t enough hot water, though all we’d done is rinse dishes. We were expecting a lot more for this price range.
