The place was fine, but noisy on the back side from the pool/lazy river, noisy on the front side from entrance noise. It was clean, but sterile feeling. Access to the lazy river and grill were great. Porch furniture should be upgraded. Appreciate that the host was responsive to our concerns about the top bunk railing being wobbly and unsafe(they came and fixed it), but disappointed they said they would act on providing remotes for the dvd players in the 2nd bedroom but never did. Kids were excited for a ‘retro’ experience watching dvds. It’s true that the listing is just across the bridge from the beach, but the listing doesn’t point out that you have to go down to the first floor, then across the parking lot to another building, then up to the 3rd floor, then across the bridge, then down to the first floor of the gulf side building, then walk across that resort to the beach. 10-15 minute walk to the beach would have been more accurate. Overall, the unit is ok, but not more than that. Location is good for lazy river, ok for beach access.
