Welcome to Puffin Perch - a lovely 2 bedroom cosy Coastal Cottage - part of The Bay Filey Holiday Village.
Enter into the airy hallway with storage for all your essentials and access to the downstairs cloak / WC.
Walk through into the large open plan L shaped lounge with leather sofas, SMART TV, dining room (sits 5) and fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, washer/dryer etc.
Upstairs the property comprises of 1 king bedroom and 1 twin bedroom (3 single beds - one full size single over another in bunk style) with a large family bathroom complete with bath and overhead rainfall shower.
Off the lounge area are French doors open onto a private furnished patio, surrounded by large, shared garden and landscaped grounds.
Travel Cot and High Chair are available for use free of charge (own bedding required).
We leave a few games for our guests to use. This warm and cosy house is ideal for breaks all year round.

Some amenities are chargeable locally like food and drink, tennis and any activities operated by Away Resorts such as Archery and Crafts.

We visited as a family of 5 over half term and had a lovely time. The house is perfectly located close to the beach, the pub, shop and leisure centre. The house is in good condition, just needs a freshen up. Parking was a minor issue in the fact that there is no designated parking and there were people who had travelled in two cars taking up more space. Overall, I would recommend Puffin Perch and would come back.

Excellent instructions allowed us to arrive on time to find a peaceful holiday environment. After parking we easily found the key safe and opened the French doors to find a beautiful clean house with everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Had a fab stay on The Bay. Great location for getting out and about. Only minor issue was couldn't find a parking space on a couple of occasions
