The stay was great for the most part and would recommend/stay there again. The apartment was spacious and clean and the amenities were great! The apartment building is near a homeless shelter; however, the complex is very nice and equipped with excellent security features and a guard. We felt safe the entire time. It is also right near a railroad track so trains come by at all hours of the day/night. The apartment does an excellent job of keeping out the city noise though. The only other thing that was suboptimal was one of the showers was very slow draining and basically had standing water in it after a minute or two of the water running. The property manager was notified, so I’m sure this will be fixed.

Good stay

The family had a great time attending the CMA fest this year. The condo was as described and worked great for our stay. It was clean, well supplied and had plenty of room for the 5 of us. I do need to mention the trains. It is close to the tracks and has more train traffic than expected but it soon became white noise and did not bother us.

This place was in a great location! Not too far from broadway and right near some great restaurants. My friends and I came here for our spring break and this place made our trip. It was clean and very spacious for the 5 of us!
