First the house is wonderful. Would recommend it in a heartbeat.
Couple of things to note:
Trash: When we arrived the recycling was full to the brim with beer cans and bottles. We were fixing to move the regular trashcan to curb on the prescribed day, but someone else arrived and did this for us. We asked if they would be back for the recycling can, which I think was due to be out the next day, and they said they would, but they never came back (or did and were not able to get past our car). We did notice that it would have been hard to pull recycling bin out without repositioning our car in the driveway, so maybe they came and couldn't get it out. So, in the end, recycling is still full when we left.
So, the recommendation is: if someone else comes to pull cans to the curb, make sure guests know to position their cars on the driveway to allow access.
Hottub:
Hottub was pretty dirty. Looks like a very nice, new hottub but probably needs to be cleaned. We did not use it. (Pool was great!)
TV: could not figure out how to use TV in living room (pairing issue with remote?). Not big deal for us, we watched in the porch.

The place was exactly what we were looking for, however the pool was fully green for our first two nights. Was one of the main reason we booked the stay and weren't able to use it.
