BEDROOMS & BALCONIES
All bedrooms are designed to be facing the water, so that after a peaceful night’s sleep you can wake to the morning light over the bay harbor. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed and is located on the second floor across from guest/child’s bedroom which has two twin beds. Both have direct access to the upstairs balcony and overlook the water. An additional queen guest bedroom is located on the main floor and has access to the main balcony. All bedrooms have blackout blinds
LIVING SPACE
Our comfortable living area is located on the main floor, with ample seating for family and friends. Step outside onto the spacious main floor balcony where you can enjoy the bay breezes and watch the boats & dolphins pass by. Climb the spiral staircase to enjoy a second balcony off the master bedroom and kids room.
KITCHEN AND DINING
Start your day with freshly squeezed Florida orange juice and end your day with a gourmet meal prepared in our chef’s fully appointed kitchen. It’s a food lover's paradise, with a deluxe kitchen and all new dinnerware and cooking appliances. Reverse osmosis water filtration system for worry free hydration.
BATHROOMS
With a full bathroom each on the main and upper floors, everyone will feel pampered. All you will need is a toothbrush, as every detail has been attended to, from the fresh towels to spa-like toiletries.
COMMON AREAS
Our common area is set up so that you can pass the time peacefully while enjoying the waterfront.. Our community is small and friendly, with a total of only 6 units, providing a peaceful escape after a day at the beach. The backyard/waterfront area is set up with picnic tables, lounge & pub chairs, swings & a gas grill for you to use. We also have cornhole boards, a ping pong table & ring toss. There’s a comfy lounge area with couches and a flat screen TV to enjoy an outdoor movie or TV night.

Smart lock access code will be provided prior your stay.
OTHER THINGS OF INTEREST
Some of our favorite experiences:
- Bringing a cooler of beer & a portable speaker to the beach for sunsets
- Watching the boats pulling wake boarders while enjoying a cocktail on one of our 2 balconies
- Bar hopping to the many bars within walking distance
- Buying local oranges and making freshly squeezed orange juice with our juicer
- Renting jet skis at John’s Pass
- Proximity to Publix
- Watching dolphins and manatees playfully swim up to our pier
- Checking out galleries, boutiques, and outdoor restaurants in Gulfport
- Taking the “Free Beach Rides” for $3 burgers and to see live music @ Ka’ Tiki
- Going to downtown St Petersburg

We had a great stay. Great location

It is a spacious condo. Our group of 4 adults had much space to spread out. The water view from the balcony was amazing! The beach access was just across the street, and a Publix is nearby. Super convenient location! It was clean and well maintained—highly recommended!

Hosts were fantastic. The location is great with direct views of intracoastal waters and frequent wildlife sightings. Across the street access to the beach was super easy with a well signed and observed cross walk. The area is wonderful to visit with nearby restaurants and easy access to St Pete. Only thing to be aware of is the spiral staircase to two of three bedrooms. Could get dicey for those with physical restrictions. No problem for our family though - kids loved it.

We had a nice 2 day stay at this property. Beach chairs and toys were available, in addition to beach towels, which was great. We saw manatees and dolphins off of the two balconies and could easily walk to the beach.
