Renovated loft of 38 m2, giving entirely on a beautiful tree-lined paved, quiet courtyard. The apartment consists of one large room, including:
A living area. Equipped with a sofa, HD TV, DVD, high speed internet, an iPod station.
A dining area with a table and four chairs.
A sleeping area with a bed of 140 * 200 cm for 2 persons
Another sleeping area with a bed of 140 * 200 cm for 2 persons.
A kitchen equipped with a microwave oven kitchen, hob, a fridge, a cooker, coffee maker, kettle, a toaster, a washing dishes and everything you need for cooking.
Bathroom: Ensuite is large with walk-in shower, washbasin, WC and hairdryer.
The apartment is furnished with linens. WARNING there is no washing machine in the apartment.
The check in are made without extra cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is an extra 35 € fee. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is an extra 50€ fee.
- for an arrival on a Sunday or a public holiday, there is an extra 35 € fee.

This studio was the perfect stay for my son and I during our trip to Paris. The location is superb- with excellent shopping and numerous cafes nearby.

The place gives you an authentic Parisian living. It is very quaint, there are beautiful courtyards as you coming to your apartment.
However, it was not quiet. Next door to the apartment there is a pediatric clinic and we had kids crying up a storm all afternoon, so if you wanted to have a quiet catch up nap, that’s going to prevent it.
There are amazing cafes and restaurants just outside in a close by alley. A few blocks away from the Seine river.
