This bungalow is located right at the Maspalomas Dunes promenade, beautiful views from rooftop deck, BBQ and outdoors dining area. Two bedrooms for up to 3 adults, 1 baby is welcome!
A very bigh terrace that goes around the house with two outdoors dining areas, being it's major highlight the wonderful views over the dunes offered from its rooftop solarium/deck . Just an 15 minutes walk from Playa del Ingles beach or cross the dunes to reach the sea.
This property is placed in a very quiet area, yet lively, very close to shops, restaurants and shopping centres.
Everything you shall need at hand to provide the tranquility in a very especial holiday. This holiday home is mainly preferred by couples and sportspeople.
*** A security deposit of 400€ is required for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection.
** This property is located in a residential area, therefore any kind of activity that might disturb the neighborhood is strictly forbidden.
**One baby stays free of charge in a babycot, a highchair will be provided as well (on request)
**Late check in carry the following extra charges:
-Between 20:30 and 22:00 - EUR 30
-Between 22:00 and 00:00 - EUR 50

👍 Location was brilliant. Very well equipped for self catering. Security excellent. Host who welcomed us very helpful. Explained everything in detail.
👎 Staircase to roof would be difficult for some as spiral and a little wobbly. Roof equipment basic. Hot water ran out in shower if two taken close together. No welcome pack.

👍 Great location, well equipped kitchen, great roof terrace,
👎 We were told to receive a message from the cleaners for a mid week clean, but that never happened (we stayed 9 days), better instructions about waste disposal would have been useful, spare towels would have been really good! A foot matt in the lounge would have been good because of all the sand. Beds were a bit small and too firm.

l can highly recomend this bungalow , everyting is as described in info pages , close to everyting you need , the surrounding area is quiet and safe , pick up keys and leaving is perfect organised by rent out service company , so full stars review from us ! Håkan and Ulrica from sweden
