Forget cramped quarters; this cottage has been thoughtfully reimagined with a clean, modern aesthetic.
Cool & Crisp: Unlike many traditional lake cottages, we feature Full AC to keep you comfortable during those humid New Hampshire July nights.
Unique Sleeping Quarters: Sleep soundly in our custom-built Queen-over-Queen bunk beds. These aren't your average bunks—they are sturdy, stylish, and fitted with high-quality linens.
Full Amenities: You’ll find a surprisingly spacious full kitchen equipped for vacation meals and a modern full bathroom with updated fixtures.
The Location: Walk to the Water
Location is everything in the Sunapee region, and we put you right in the center of the action:
Walk to Lake Sunapee: Leave the car behind! A short, pleasant stroll brings you to a public access point on the lake for swimming or taking in the view.
State Park Access: Just a 10-minute drive to Mount Sunapee State Park, home to one of the best sandy beaches in the state, plus boat rentals and hiking.
Dining & Culture: You are only 8 minutes from the charming town of New London. Explore local boutiques, enjoy farm-to-table dining, or catch a summer performance at the Barn Playhouse.
Why Choose the Tiny House?
This isn't just a place to sleep; it’s an experience. It’s for the traveler who values a smaller environmental footprint, modern cleanliness, and being minutes away from world-class hiking and water sports.

This tiny cottage had everything we needed for a weekend stay. It felt private and tucked away even though it was a short walk to the lake. The host made some wonderful suggestions about what to do in the area that proved very helpful.

Great time!

This cabin was perfect for a ski getaway with our pup! Sarah was kind and communicative - she helped us troubleshoot a water issue that was a result of the cold temperatures. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped, check in/out easy, and the cabin was super comfortable. Roads were cleared enough for our 2 wheel drive sedan to pass easily. We hope to come back!
