Live, work, and dream at our extraordinary 5BR/4BA estate! The luxurious interior features a grand living space, state of the art game room in the garage, updated kitchen, and spacious bedrooms. Outside you'll find a beautiful infinity pool with hot tub. Also featured, is our incredible entertainment area that includes bocce ball & 3 hole putting course! Indulge in the best home cooked meals, play games together, and rest easy after a sun-drenched afternoon in the pool!
THE SPACE
Bed/Bath Set Up: 16 guests and 1 infants/toddlers (pack n play).
Sleeps up to 16 guests | Maximum 14 adults
(Remaining guests must be children or toddlers)
Bedroom #1: 2 Queen beds, Smart TV
Bathroom #1: (Hallway)Full bath with dual sinks, stand up shower with a separate tub.
Bedroom #2: 1 King bed, Twin Day Bed with trundle, Smart TV. Access to back patio
Bath #2: (Attached Bedroom #2)Full bath with dual sinks, stand up shower with a separate tub.
Bedroom #3: 1 King size bed with Smart TV.

Smart TVs throughout the house and living areas (You are welcome to log into your own Netflix or other smart tv accounts)!

Disclaimer:
By accepting this reservation, you are holding the owner harmless from any accidents or injury on the property, or any accidents or injury from hot tub/pool/fire pit.
No children are to be left unattended in or by the pool at all times.
This is a residential neighborhood and we expect our guests to respect their surroundings.
Please be advised that the noise ordinance in this area is from 9pm-9am. No music in backyard at all times.
Again, this is a family friendly neighborhood and we have to respect those around us, music will echo to other neighbors yards and there will be a fine.
POOL/SPA
It is optional to heat the pool.
If you want the pool heated, we have a 3-day minimum.
There is an additional fee to heat the pool.
Prices vary depending on the time of year.
October: $150 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.
November-February: $175 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
March-May: $150 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
June and Sept: $100 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.
July and Aug: $75 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
(you most likely won't need the pool heated in July and August. The pool temperature is warm and usually in the low to mid 80's).
Pool Heating:
The Listed rate includes heating to a maximum temperature of 85 degrees. Choose a maximum temperature of 80 degrees for $25 less per night.
Please Note:
We don't heat the pool past 85 degrees.
Pool temp can vary depending on weather conditions.
We can make an exception however it does cost more.
Tampering with the pool heat or accidentally turning it on will have a $150 per day fee.
PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE POOL EQUIPMENT OUTSIDE.
It will disable the system causing nothing to work.
Please note: It is common to see debris at times in the pool.
The pool vacuum will grab it or you can use the skimmer if you want to manually do it.
You cannot heat the pool and the spa at the same time.
We first heat the pool to temp then you can turn on/off the spa when needed.
The spa is free however when you're not using it, it needs to be shut off so the pool can filter. It's also on a 1hr 30 min timer.
Pool Vacuum must stay in the pool at all times. It may not be removed or disconnected whatsoever otherwise the pool equipment will get air and need to be replaced. Guests will be responsible for replacement if left unplugged or out of pool.
Pool Vacuum-Please Note:
Do not take the pool vacuum out of the pool (That includes part of the hose or the whole thing). Doing so will damage the pool equipment!!
If it happens, we may not be able to fix during your stay. This information is also in the house rules section. If the pool vacuum gets disconnected, please submerge under water to get out the air bubbles before you reconnect.

We are a smoke free home, this also includes the backyard. This includes vaping and marijuana.
We do not allow ANY parties at any time. Guests listed in the booking are the only guests permitted on the property at all times. NO additional guests permitted.
We do not allow any pets in the home due to severe allergies, this also includes any service or emotional support animals. Due to severe allergies we are unable to accommodate. Green bins are only for landscaping.
There is a $500 fine for throwing trash in the green bins or recycling bins.
PLEASE NOTE:
There are a few days of the year that we don’t allow check -ins and check- outs. These specific dates are designated as pass through days.

We stayed in early July. The weather was perfect. The property is really well maintained. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could want for a long stay. 6 adults, 4 kids slept well and we had room for more. It’s hard to say if our kids enjoyed the pool or the game room more. The putting greens and bocci court were great for all. We found ourselves with plenty of peace, space and entertainment. With traffic, we were 45 minutes or more away from beaches & attractions on the coast. That worked well for us. The view of the hills, watching the hot air balloon rise from the San Diego zoo wild life park all from the pool, along with all the amenities and peaceful surroundings made this a great stay. I highly recommend the property.

Amazing property! Had every amenity one could think of! Perfect house for our group of 10. For us, everything was within 30 minutes .Host was extremely helpful and responsive with any questions we had. Without question would stay here again. Thank you for an amazing trip!

Beautiful view of the mountains and sunrise. Pool and hot tub were clean and very nice. The house has a real problem with mice, I didn’t appreciate that this was not disclosed to me beforehand. One bedroom has no closet, not even a rack to set your suitcase on. Two adult bedrooms have to share a bathroom. All the burners on the stove certainly do not work. Toaster is also not totally functional.
