The house was wonderful, spacious, comfortable, clean, well decorated, all furniture was in great shape, kitchen very well stocked. Beds were super comfortable, neighborhood quiet. Nice to have small fenced yard for our dog. Walkway was overgrown with weeds. We hoped to spend time on the patio but the outdoor chairs and table were covered in dirt. I tried to clean them but too much of an effort. The key code to front door didn’t work when we first arrived so couldn’t get inside, contacted our host, no reply after 1-2hrs waiting so I contacted VRBO support and they were wonderful. VRBO rep called me right back with a different code and we got in, he saved the day! Never heard back from our host so don’t know what happened.

The house was clean and comfortable, with excellent provisioning. The exterior of the property was negatively impacted by an abundance of dead plant materials around the front and rear patios and yard. I called this to the manager's attention when we arrived, as it was disappointing to behold. Since this is merely a matter of outside maintenance,, it should be easy to remedy. That's why I've given overall rating of 3 stars. We enjoyed the location and the privacy.
