O tym ten wynajem wakacyjny
Magnificent country home with views of the coast and the countryside, just a short drive from the village of Cómpeta.
This wonderful home features single-story living space that opens into a spacious living area with a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Four glass doors open onto the sunny terrace with a pool. There are two good-sized double bedrooms; one features a bathroom with a whirlpool tub, and the other has a bathroom with a shower. Additionally, there is a guest bathroom with a shower.
Recently redesigned by the owner, it now features a clean, elegant style with a touch of Andalusian influence. Most rooms offer views across the countryside to the coast, and the south-facing orientation maximizes the natural light flooding the interior.
It features air conditioning and heating in all rooms, as well as a wood-burning stove that provides cozy warmth during the colder months and also ventilates the master bedroom. All bathrooms have rain showers, and the furnishings and linens are of the highest quality to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible.
Outside, there is a spacious terrace with a 10m x 3m pool and elegant palm trees, creating the perfect setting to enjoy the weather, the outdoor lifestyle, and a place to relax.
Located in a secluded setting, yet with easy access to the town’s amenities, the Natural Park, and the mountains—ideal for hikers. The coast is a half-hour drive away, and Málaga is an hour away.

OutstandingThe best holiday property that our family has ever stayed in.This is an outstanding property - one where the photos hardly do it justice. Spotlessly clean, fantastically equipped, great location (accessible to Competa with its lovely restaurants etc), and the outside areas & pool are just brilliant.Really well managed by SF Properties in Competa, who are friendly, accessible and really easy to communicate with.I cannot speak highly enough of this property.

We have been going to competa for over 25 years sometimes twice a year. This is the best villa with the best view that we have stayed in. The television was left with German speaking but a tv guy was there within an hour and sorted it for us. I have a mobility problem over the last few years and this was the first pool since then that I was able to get in and out of. The villa and the pool are spotless. Thank you Sergio for the cherries and the blue jug - a surprise winging your way! Book this villa if you can. Best regards Gilly
