It was clean and comfortable. However, it lacked basic maintenance on many items. Furnace needed repair (it was freezing) Ice maker leaking into a glacier and stop bar broken. 5 light bulbs out! No house numbers! Cheapest TP ever! No salt & pepper or box of tissues, nothing! Leaking kitchen faucet, and toilet running non stop. Way over priced for no golf cart and a 28 day month. Only view was the side of the neighbors garage.
