Apartment located on the Pantogia hill, one of the most panoramic spots on the Costa Smeralda; it is located inside the "i Ginepri" park, with an enchanting swimming pool and located in a strategic point in the area, as the Pevero beach is 5 minutes away, as is the center of Porto Cervo and the most famous night clubs ( Leeward, Billionaire). The apartment is ventilated, with a panoramic terrace and is suitable for the needs of couples, lone adventurers and families.

We were a group of 5 girls, we arrived in the evening. It was our first visit in Sardinia and we didn’t have any idea of what to expect. But after a 40 min ride from the olbia airport we got to the house that’s on the top of a hill...The view from the balcony is simply breathtaking.
We didn’t stay home much, as we had only 4 days to visit everything and enjoy the amazing beaches and water and nightlife of the place.
But Carlo’s home was clean and perfect for what we wanted.
He was very helpful with everything, easy to get in touch on whatsapp, giving us a late checkout for free as he didn’t have guests next day.
