Property was clean, is a very nice unit and very spacious. The King beds in the two spacious bedrooms were very comfortable. The third bedroom or (study) was smaller and had a queen Murphy bed that might be hard to get into if older-or short. (higher off the ground) FYI… the master bath has a tub/shower combo that has a very high step into/over threshold and would be difficult for elderly but there is a walk in shower in the other bathroom. The living room furniture is comfortable and there is plenty of seating. The kitchen had everything we needed but it could use better pots and pans especially frying pans that need replacing. I would imagine that this is an item that routinely needs to needs replacing.We had two concerns with the unit during our stay that I hope have been fixed. 1. The entry way light switch was broken and would not turn on the main bright overhead lighting on the dark staircase. The unit’s stairway and flooring is dark in color and it’s difficult to distinguish the last steps and the actual floor at the bottom resulting in a few missteps and falls. A simple brighter rug at the bottom of the stairs or a stair strip on the last step would be helpful. And2. Broken outlet in master bedroom by the bed.All in all, this unit was very nice and I would stay again.

Great location with stunning views! Enjoyed the private rooftop hot tub. The host was responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

The welcome check in email called “keys to your property” I received had a parking garage code that was incorrect and said the 4 digit code for the suite would be provided. When the garage code didn’t work I called the host 6 times and left a voicemail. I never heard back. I checked the listing, the messages and my email and couldn’t find anything different. Then I clicked on “contact property manager” and received an email with a different garage code and the 4 digit suite code. The building had a broken elevator and so only one elevator for hundreds of people was working. It was very inconsistent. The listing also did not clarify how many stairs and levels were in the suite which was difficult for the elderly members of our party. There was also no direction that all the outdoor cushions and glass table top were in a box in the master closet. We found the use of space odd- the third “bedroom” (no window) had a double bed that was a Murphy bed. This seemed bizzare. Why not put a queen or king in there. The living room had a small couch with a huge metal spring sticking up in the middle so it only sat 2. Then there were two occasional chairs. Was awkward for our party of 6. There were fans in each room which we appreciated because of how warm it got at night. After one shower the hot water ran out. Everything was clean though and overall it was fine. The upstairs bedroom has no window just a sliding barn door Juliet that looks over the living room.
