O tym ten wynajem wakacyjny
The Homestead is a newly renovated home that has been decorated in the modern farmhouse look. We have plenty of room for a family or friend get together. We've decked this home out with an arcade basketball hoop, foosball table, pool table, air hockey as well as ping pong! Our large backyard is fully fenced, ready for marshmallows with a fire pit and grass all around.
You can contact us any time via the portal you have booked through and we will also give our cell phone numbers when check in instructions are sent.
The neighborhood is very calm and quiet. They've put in a brand new playground at the park across the street from the house. The park also has basketball hoops.
There is plenty of parking space in front of the house and on the side of the house. You can park a boat or a camper. Once the backyard is finished we will have an enclosed area for you to park your boat or camper within the fenced area. The deck in the backyard was just redone as well and it looks beautiful. It will be a great spot to soak up some sun or BBQ on the grill.
The house is located only 4 or 5 blocks from most of the restaurants in town. By driving it is only 2 minutes to almost anyplace in town.

Nice clean property, with lots of games and activities for the kids. Beds were comfortable and our stay here was great. Location is great, close to the state park, river rafting, and downtown dinning.

Communication with the host really couldn’t have been better. Top notch and much appreciated! The property is very family and dog friendly! Location is excellent. Walking distance to so many things. Check out process was extremely reasonable!
Things that kept me from giving this property a perfect review: there were some minor maintenance issues (a few ripped screens that let the bugs in, a couple windows that didn’t lock, the grill out back was in really rough shape on the inside - we decided it wasn’t usable, and the kitchen could really use updated pots and pans, especially the large pot. That being said, we still managed to cook all of our meals for a family of four at the house which was lovely and helped us stay in budget! There were also some minor cleaning issues. For example, the bathroom fan upstairs needs a clean and the inside of the oven had been sprayed with oven cleaner, but not wiped out.
Overall, I would absolutely stay at this property again and I would recommend it to you too.

Noisy traffic through the night and a kitchen floor that upon arrival was not cleaned ( coffee spill and food scraps) were unfortunate… however wonderful fenced backyard for my dog and comfy beds and towels with updated kitchen and bathrooms made for a good stay …bring your noise canceling ear plugs
