The Space:

The finished basement includes two bunk beds, a half bathroom, pool table, ping pong table, and foosball table.
Enjoy warm evenings grilling on the back deck -- maybe before heading out to the famous weekly Chatham Band Concert or taking in a movie at the deluxe Orpheum theater downtown. The house was one of the best VRBO rentals we've ever experienced. It was clean, spacious, and just like the photos. The ONLY downside was the pond -- or lack thereof. Due to the drought conditions all summer, the water level was so low that it was basically a swamp with tall reeds blocking the entrance from our side. We tried taking the path down to the shore, but couldn't even get close to the water. They should consider not calling it a "Pond Front" rental. Other than that, it was a 5 out of 5.
