This beautifully decorated home features an inverted floor plan with six bedrooms, six baths, a living room, a dining room, and a gorgeous kitchen - plus a fantastic sunroom on the oceanside. The kitchen includes a Keurig and a slow cooker. There is also an outdoor gas grill available for use.

The home provides a 3-floor residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and luggage up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules. The width of the entry into the elevator is 26 inches. Note: The fireplace shown in the photos is not operable.

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality'! Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.
