The Space

Everything was perfect! Check in was easy! Communication was good! The walk to the beach was easy! There are a-lot of stairs with this house. If stairs are hard for you, I would look elsewhere! We truly enjoyed our time at the beach and would stat here again!

The home is conveniently located near the boardwalk to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The home could have been cleaner, but everything was in working order. Property management was great to work with and checked to be sure we had everything we needed.

We had another amazing stay at Mer Sea! Gulf Shores/Fort Morgan has been our go to destination for the past few years and we will be back! The house was perfectly suited for our family with lots to do in the area and of course just relaxing at the beach, which is a favorite. The house is well stocked with what we needed as far as making food every day. It was very clean as well. The short walk to the beach can't be beat! Plus, there is a wagon to cart chairs and toys down to the beach. We also enjoyed using the pickleball courts.The property manager was great too! She messaged us when we arrived and also came by to introduce herself. She made sure to let us know that if we needed anything to be in touch with her.

The house was very nice and well kept. My husband and I stayed there with our son, his wife and our 6 grandkids, ages 6 - 17. We had plenty of beds.
It’s a little walk to the beach but not terrible. Even though it says things should be removed from the beach by 8pm, did not adhere to that rule.
One complaint, not about the house but when we went to the bigger pool on Monday and Tuesday. No one had cleaned the pool. There were lots of bugs and junk in it. If there would have been a net, I would have used it.
Overall, it is a nice place.
