CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

This condo rental was great! The space was clean and relaxing. The parking was close, the condo was right by the elevators, and the beach was maybe 2 minutes from the condo. The only down fall has nothing to do with the condo, but the gym was super small with a handful of pieces of equipment. If you are someone that enjoys a work out in your daily routine, The Palms unfortunately may not be the condo for you. BUT, if you are looking for a relaxing condo that is in between Gulf Shores and Perdido, this is the perfect place to stay.

We had a great stay at this condo. It was very clean, the beach view was excellent, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking and dining. The host was very responsive and quickly answered any questions we had. I would highly recommend staying here.
