Great property for a long term chill stay it's so conveniently located. The pool is nice the stove is a highlight if you enjoy cooking.

I needed a place on fairly short notice for my college age kid and friend to stay while renovations running past schedule were finished on a condo. This place was perfect! Very clean, very well furnished and equipped. Great location close to UT campus with convenient bus access, and parking was never an issue. Landlord was very easy to work with and very quick to respond to questions. A fantastic short term rental experience through and through! The surrounding area is safe and close to I-35. Highly recommend!
