The apartment is located on the third floor of the 4-story complex. From the large 25m2 terrace, you’ll enjoy stunning views of the endless sea, Guadamar, and the resort.
The terrace is equipped with glass curtains, allowing you to enjoy the lovely sunshine all day long, even when there’s a sea breeze. This makes the apartment ideal for the late season as well.
The living room features a two-seater and a three-seater sofa, a table with chairs, and a large closet. The TV has a satellite connection with Dutch channels.
The first bedroom has a double bed with a built-in closet and a balcony. From this bedroom, you have a full ocean view.
The second bedroom has two single beds with a built-in closet and a balcony. This bedroom also has a full ocean view.
There is a sofa bed in the living room.
The first bathroom has a hydromassage shower with a sink and toilet.
The second bathroom also has a hydromassage shower with a double sink and a toilet.
The apartment has a modern kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, oven, induction cooktop, and dishwasher. The kitchen is equipped with a Dolce Gusto coffee machine with pods. The utility room has a washer and dryer.
The entire house is equipped with central, adjustable air conditioning (heating/cooling).
The alarm system, sound system, and roller shutters can all be controlled via a central system.
Facilities:
The resort’s courtyard features a beautiful swimming pool with a shallow children’s area and a large hot tub. There are lovely seating areas surrounding the pool. The deck is made of wooden planks, and the area is adorned with a variety of palm trees.
Inside the complex, there is a spa with a heated indoor pool, a separate hot tub, and a sauna. Of course, showers, restrooms, changing rooms, and lockers for your belongings are available.
For sports enthusiasts, the resort offers an outdoor tennis court and an indoor fitness center.
The resort is child-friendly. In addition to the children’s pool mentioned earlier, there’s a mini-golf course and a playground. You don’t have to worry about your children wandering off, as the entire complex is fully enclosed.
Last year, Guardamar Beach was named the most beautiful beach in the province of Valencia. Along the 14-kilometer-long dune-lined beach, there’s always a spot for you to enjoy.
Reservations:
You pay 25% of the rental amount as a deposit. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 3 weeks before arrival.
If desired, we can personally pick you up from the airport and take you to the apartment. We will hand over the keys to you there.
You pay a security deposit of 200 euros on site; cleaning costs and electricity charges will be deducted from this amount, and the remainder will be refunded to you upon departure.
Cleaning fee: 85 euros
Electricity: 0.40 euros per kWh
Note: The indoor pool, sauna, and hot tub are open from November 1, 2022, to May 31, 2023; this schedule is subject to change due to COVID-19.

Abslout amazing location. The apartment was clean and everything you need in. The communication and handover keys with the host was really good. It was our 2nd stay in the apartment and we can not wait for the 3rd stay.

We spent a marvelous summer time enjoying the swiming pool area, páddle court, minigolf,… The only problem was we couldnt connect the smart tv with the chromecast. Quite close to the beach, we went in 3 minutes by car. The check in was perfect with Natasha. Thank you very much!

We stayed at this apartment from the 2nd August for 2 weeks. A family of 5. Before I booked I re checked a number of points as these were crucial in making the booking. The owner Jan was always very quick to reply and helpful. We did not want to hire a car so quick and easy access to the beach, town centre and a supermarket were essential. In our opinion you definitely need a car, it is not 300 metres to the beach or shops, maybe as a crow flies, but you walk down to the main road, past so much dog faeces it is rather unpleasant, over a flyover and then a ten minute walk to the beach. The shops mean the same initial walk but going through an underpass and then a further five minutes for the Mercadona or ten to get into the central town. This caused us problems and taxi's were used a lot. The apartment was almost as advertised except there was not a Jacuzzi bath in the en suite, something I had been looking forward to. The pool area was kept clean, never a problem getting a sun bed. Certain owners of other apartments had issues with us being in the pool between 2 and 5, and kept telling us it was siesta time and to be quiet! It was also disappointing that the indoor spa pool was not open as it looked lovely and we were not told it would be closed. Every part of the complex is key access so it felt very secure, lots of other owners were there at the same time as us and were very friendly. As said previously the owner is very helpful and on our arrival day took us to the local supermarket and waited to take us back, this helped so much as we had no shopping . Perhaps as an option a welcome pack could be offered, water, tea, milk, biscuits, this would of been so useful and would quite happily paid extra for this. The beaches are lovely, but the we encountered red flags on all but two of our visits, so could not indulge in as many water sports as would of liked. The lifeguards were excellent, even had to risk there own lives when people chose to ignore the flag system. All in all our holiday was okay, I prefer more pampering, housekeeping service, drinks by the pool etc ,for a young family who want to be pool based and have a car it would be perfect. It was just not for us.
