Fireside Villa Retreat is tucked into the woods of Big Ridge Mountain Resort, offering a peaceful stay just minutes from Gatlinburg’s best attractions and restaurants. Sleeps up to 5 guests. Big Ridge Mountain Resort is a quiet, wooded mountain community with seasonal views and plenty of Smoky Mountain scenery. The community has paved roads throughout, along with a shared seasonal pool available for guests to enjoy.
Enjoy easy self check-in with a keypad lock. A unique access code will be sent to you prior to check-in—no keys to pick up or keep track of.
You’ll have full access to the entire cabin, including the open living area with a pull-out sleeper sofa and air mattress, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, king bedroom with jetted tub, full bathroom, private deck with hot tub, and spacious wooded yard.
The nearest major airport is McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS) in Knoxville. A personal vehicle or rental car is recommended for getting to the cabin and exploring the area. Once in Gatlinburg, the trolley is a convenient option for downtown attractions, and taxis, Uber, and Lyft may also be available.
Fireside is tucked into a peaceful wooded mountain setting, so wildlife sightings are common—you may see black bears, wild turkeys, foxes, and other local wildlife during your stay. Please admire wildlife from a safe distance and never leave food outside. Access to the cabin is relatively easy for the mountains, without the extremely steep roads or driveway found at many area cabins. Mountain views are seasonal and are most open when the leaves are down. The community pool is shared and seasonal.

It was a good cabin, with a comfortable bed, nice kitchen and bathroom. The hot tub is really nice (good for only two people). It was less private then I expected, you can see many casinos around your with no trees/ greenery to explore provide privacy.

Oh my gosh I don’t even know what to say! This was our first time to Gatlinburg so I was being kinda picky when it came to choosing a cabin. I’m not even sure how many I looked at but as soon as I saw this cabin I immediately texted my husband and told him that I think I found our cabin! He looked at it and told me to book it. It was perfect! Exactly what I was looking for. When we got there the pictures were exactly what it looked like! I would absolutely stay there again. It was just perfect for me and my husband! It was also very easy to get to downtown Gatlinburg and only a couple miles away.

Wonderful relaxing stay in cabin!! Loved it!

The first four days we had hundreds of stink bugs. It was awful. We did contact the property manager and they sent someone out the next day to spray but it didnt do much. Some of those bugs made it home with us, which I am not happy about at all.
