Villa Kosta
This spacious villa Situated between Split and Trogir promises peace and relaxation for those who would like to get away from the stressful and noisey life of the city to live in the midst of nature.
Villa Kosta is situated on a large fenced private plot (5000m2). Its Mediterranean garden and large 72m2 south-facing swimming pool are set amidst a tranquil countryside which is nestled between idyllic green hills,high mountains and the beautiful blue Adriatic sea, offering one a chance to connect with nature.
The Villa itself has 3 floors and all the amenities one needs for an unforgettable vacation. Villa Kosta can accommodate 10 guests in its 5 spacious king-size en-suite shower rooms,fully air-conditioned.
The ground floor
Has a private main entrance leading into an entrance hall and from there is a separate lounge area where guests can watch a movie or relax with a good book.
A well-equipped kitchen with a lower-level dining room that has access to an outside terrace with a pool table for guests' entertainment and a lower terrace where guests can enjoy a morning coffee while listening to the singing of the birds. There is a laundry room with a washing machine, ironing board, iron, and clothes airer ,this room also has a toilet leading from the kitchen
All rooms are air-conditioned and have sea views.
On the first floor, there are 3 king-size en-suite shower rooms. Two are south-facing with balconies. The 3rd bedroom has a massage bath, beautiful views of the garden ,mountain and the sea.
Second floor
The second floor has 2 king-size en-suite shower rooms. One room has a large balcony with a sea view, also a smaller balcony with a Mountain,garden and sea view. The second room has a small balcony with Mountain,garden and sea views. .
Outside area on the south side of the villa, there are steps leading to an enclosed BBQ house that comfortably seats 10 guests, ideal for enjoying family or group gatherings to enjoy meals in the shade.
Leading off the garden is a raised area where guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in our large pool with a fenced terrace that has a pergola at one end and is furnished with sun loungers where guests can relax and enjoy our glorious sunshine and beautiful sea view.
Parking is available for 4 cars, also parking for larger vehicles is available; however, just let the owner know before the arrival date.

We had an incredible time at the Villa Kosta. This house gave us the opportunity to enjoy a week long vacation and birthday in comfort w minimum stress for a group of 10. Large house, AC in every room, big yard, pool and great indoor outdoor kitchens made it possible to enjoy time together. Suzie is an exceptional host and her help made it easy to book restaurants and activities in the area. She lives on the property and is very responsive. We loved it and would do it again anytime. Thanks!

We absolutely loved this property and will want to stay there again! The Host was was wonderful to deal, friendly, responsive, and informative and even helped us get a dinner reservation! The Villa had everything we needed. We were a party of 9 and each bedroom had its own bathroom. The place was very clean and had air conditioning in each room.There was plenty of space to spread out and even had an outside kitchen and dining area, along with a large pool and sitting area. They also had a covered patio which included a pool table. The property had olive trees, fresh herbs, and flower gardens and had a spectacular view!!! We would definitely recommend the Villa.

The description of this property is spot on! So spacious and the most stunning, beautiful sea views. Villa Kosta had everything we had hoped for and more. The air con worked great in every room. WiFi was good, spotlessly clean and comfortable beds. But the best thing about this Villa were the fantastic Hosts Suzie and Tommo. They truly care that you have the best experience when visiting their villa and their country. They met us at the airport initially so we could follow them back to the Villa. However, after delayed flights and unhelpful hire car staff, they personally transported us to their villa and helped to sort out our car hire troubles. We arrived late, tired and hungry but Suzie had provided a table of food and drinks in the fridge for us to enjoy. Suzie is the most attentive host I have ever come across, she could not have done more for us. The pool is big and although not heated, it did not stop my family enjoying a refreshing dip. Lovely out door space with sunbeds, lounge seating, pool table and bbq area. Each room is spacious with king size bed, en-suite bathroom and sea view balconies (all but one bedroom). There is a useful laundry room with a downstairs toilet and the kitchen diner was a central gathering space for feeding hungry grown up kids!!Croatia is beautiful, there is so much to explore and Villa Kosta is the perfect base to do it.

Excellent villa, spotlessly clean, well equipped and spacious. The views are amazing and the villa is ideally situated to explore Split and Trogir. The owners Suzi and Tommo were friendly and helpful. We found the restaurant, car hire and massage suggestions were very good. The food and service at the restaurants was perfect , the car hire very reasonable and the massage was excellent. Nothing is too much trouble for the hosts. I would certainly recommend this villa and would love to stay there again.
