Welcome to Modern Tiny Home Cottage on Lake Mariam, a cozy lakefront retreat located on a private 3-acre property in Winter Haven, Florida. This open-concept tiny home is a great fit for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, or a small family looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay near LEGOLAND.
The space includes lofted sleeping areas with a King memory foam mattress and a Twin memory foam mattress, a sitting area, dining/work space, kitchenette, private bathroom, Wi-Fi, smart TV, fresh linens, bath towels, basic essentials, free parking, and a private porch/deck.
The Tiny Home is located behind the main duplex/townhome and has its own private entrance, porch/deck, and access path. Guests can enjoy the peaceful outdoor areas of the property. Please note that the private dock on-site is not for guest use; however, there is a public dock about a 2-minute walk from the property.
The property is 4.3 miles from LEGOLAND Florida Resort and a short drive to Publix, Walmart, Downtown Winter Haven, local restaurants, local lakes, and the Chain of Lakes area.
Both sleeping areas are lofted and require climbing a ladder/stairs. Long-term guests are welcome.

place was nice. I'd just say the area needs to have more light on the walkway at night.First night I got there my flight was delayed and didnt really know where I was going in the dark.overall though great little spot and was easy drives to all of my son baseball games.

Pedro was wonderful in answering all questions and very accommodating. The tiny cottage was very relaxing and well maintained.

Inside of Tiny House was clean. Window blind was broken and missing slats so you could see in. Had to
Cover with a towel.
Parking for unit is not clearly marked, no sign for Tiny House so was difficult to figure out where to park on arrival.
Photo online showing Tiny house with lake view is obviously old and does not depict accurately. The property is now overgrown. You cannot see the tiny house from the path as overgrown and the view of the lake is completely overgrown and now no view of the lake. This, in my opinion is false advertising of the property.
