This stunning home features solid surface flooring throughout, stainless appliances and quartz countertops. The decks are furnished with upgraded polywood furniture.
The Space
The kitchen, dining and living rooms are all on the upper level. This reverse floor plan maximizes the Gulf views from all common areas. An oversized sectional sofa, comfortable chairs and large screen TV provide the ideal space for relaxing while still enjoying the wonderful water views. Step outside to experience the gulf breeze and, if you like, take advantage of the uncovered portion of the deck to get some sun. Having the kitchen on this upper level is super convenient and allows you to take advantage of the superior views with a cocktail or coffee in hand. Also, on this floor in a primary suite with a king bed and private bath. For your convenience, there is also a powder bath off the living area.

Fort Morgan
Located a scenic 15 miles from Gulf Shores, you'll find everything you need close at hand. Dollar General and Sassy Bass Market are just a few miles apart away and have all the basics you might need. There are several restaurants nearby offering a variety of tasty dishes. Tacky Jack's, Sassy Bass (2 locations), Coast and brand-new Jesse's (opening soon) to name a few. Some venues even offer live, local entertainment.
Fort Morgan fishing pier is now open, and anglers will have access to convenient inshore fishing and the abundant species locally available.
Be sure and visit nearby Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge with over 7,000 acres of coastal habit. You'll be able to hike through the preserve and observe local flora and fauna. There are 4 trails, varying in size and terrain, and you'll definitely want to make time to visit this natural oasis.

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was very dirty.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

While this property looks great online, and we enjoyed our time overall, it was disappointing for the price paid to rent. The good: The proximity of the property to the beach was wonderful. The beach was not crowded and it was clean. The elevator was a godsend. The pool was perfect! The washer and dryer were top notch. The house was spacious.The bad: Upon arrival, we found the floors to be very sandy and generally dirty. The bottoms of our feet were blackened in no time. The floors were not swept, much less mopped. The upholstery on the furniture in the living area needed cleaning as the arms and ottomans were visibly stained. One of the shower curtains was moldy. We called the management company and they came and replaced it right away. The absolute worst thing was the bed linens in the two rooms with bunkbeds. It appeared that the beds were simply remade and the sheets not laundered. Most disgusting was one of the fitted sheets and mattress covers on one of the bunks was stained with urine/blood. Needless to say we had to wash all the linens and remake the beds. One bunkbed proved to be unsafe. My young grandson was sitting on the top bunk when the slats holding the mattress failed, one breaking in two and the other slipping out of the frame. He fell through the top bunk when the mattress folded under him due to the failure of the slats. We did not use that top bunk for the rest of our stay. The ceiling fans in the bunkbed rooms were very noisy and we couldn't sleep with them running. The refrigerator appeared clean but had a bad smell. The single serve coffee maker had mold in it. The ground floor was in disarray with pool toys, beach equipment, etc. strewn around. We cleaned the area up for the next guests. The driveway was a nuisance as it was very long and narrow with no room to turn around. Overall, I would recommend this property so long as it was thoroughly and properly cleaned and the bunkbeds and ceiling fans repaired.

Property Managers were fantastic as well as the rest of the staff. Highly responsive to the very minor issues we had and could not be more hospitable. Property - gorgeous home, fantastic size for our family of 13, relatively private beach and easy access. Pool was great and the kids never had so much fun. Honestly - the perfect getaway. Would rent here again.

We absolutely loved our stay. The views were incredible and the pool was so nice. Pool furniture was high quality and comfortable. The walkway to the beach made it easy to get to, even though we enjoyed the pool so much, we spent most of our time there. Overall, house is larger than it looks in pictures. Loved that there’s a half bathroom off of the living room. The elevator was so helpful when bringing in groceries and luggage. Ft Morgan is a great place if you want to get away from the tourtist-y areas but still be a short drive (25 min) to Gulf Shores. Greg was a fantastic host. Quick communication and even quick to save the day when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the house. We’d love to visit again!
