Got 1 tenant last year who left a crappy review so actually had a year to upgrade and now have a yoga deck/yurt situation if you happen to be a yoga teacher wanting to do an event. This is a 14-acre property with a spring and creek in the back. It is pretty awesome but I am just getting started. I have electricity, and hot water in the tiny house which is modular and can be adjusted to suite your needs. I framed it up from and old rv 5th wheel frame. For instance, do you want bunk beds for the kids or a tiny office? I want to start developing different sites on the property for glamping on "hip camp" but for now will start with this tiny house which is rebuilt from and old rv frame. The toilet is a compost toilet so there will be no pooping in the water supply. There are other camp sites rented on hipcamp. For wifi use your hotspot until this place takes off.
