Our 7 vacation apartments are located in a quiet yet central part of the village center of Reit im Winkl. Here you can spend your well-deserved vacation with friends in the Chiemgau region, in a family-friendly atmosphere with a breathtaking view of the Austrian Kaiser Mountains. Our house is an ideal starting point for beautiful hikes, day trips, outdoor activities, alpine sports, and cross-country skiing. Thanks to the variety of apartment sizes, singles, families, and groups alike will feel right at home with us. The 17 beds in total can be arranged as you wish.

The spacious “Winklmoosalm” apartment stands out for its bright living room with a panoramic window facing south. In particular, the 6 beds and the double sink in the family bathroom make it especially appealing to large families or travel groups.

Our house is located in the idyllic town center, right next to the Reit im Winkl Tourist Information Office and the hiking trails that begin just behind it. The ski schools, the free shuttle bus to the Winklmoosalm gondola (in winter), and the groomed cross-country ski trail are also just a stone’s throw away—merely a few meters.
Since my wife has had a second home in the Tyrolean Alps since childhood and I spent several years in the Swiss mountains, we are now fulfilling a lifelong dream by taking over the Alpenhaus Julia.
We’ve always been avid winter sports enthusiasts and hikers. Now we’ve made it our mission to provide you with a wonderful base for your perfect vacation, and we hope to help our guests create equally wonderful memories.
