Please note that Palacio is undergoing an elevator modernization project from September 2026 through March 2027. During that time, only one elevator may be operational, and there may be periods when both elevators are temporarily out of service. Guests should expect longer wait times, possible lack of elevator access and the presence of construction crews, equipment and noise. This unit is on the 17th floor My rates have been reduced because of these inconveniences. If you have any mobiloity issues that would prevent you from being able to use the stairs, you may want to consider coming after March 2027 .
Our 17th floor condo has breath taking views and is almost 1600 sq. ft. It is casual and comfortable with cozy living room furniture, comfortable balcony with majestic view, elegant master.!
The master bedroom features a king sized bed. The master bath has a jacuzzi tub and separate roomy shower. In the living room, we have comfortable furniture (including a queen sleeper sofa),
The second bedroom features a queen sized bed and shares a bath with the third bedroom which has a set of bunk beds with a full on bottom and twin on top,
There are smart TV's in each bedroom and the living room.

The kitchen includes all stainless steel appliances and the refrigerator provides filtered water and ice. All the cookware, dinner ware and accessories you need are here as well.
In addition, we have a high chair and pack n play for use during your stay. One less thing to pack for your family vacation!
The Palacio complex offers two pools, one heated, and a hot tub. Beach access is directly off the pool and beach chair/umbrella service is available (from a third party). Other amenities include a Fitness Room overlooking the Gulf, and tennis courts.
Plenty of restaurants, bars, shopping and children's activities are located nearby for those times when you can drag yourself away from the pristine beaches and turquoise water.
Everything you need for a great get away is here. Just unpack your bags and put your toes in the sand or listen to the surf from your private balcony! Paradise awaits you!

Enjoyed our stay! The condo was exactly as described. It was clean. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and the view of the water. It was great to be able to walk across the street for coffee or ice cream, shopping and dinner. Easy access to the beach. We loved the clean off stations on the boardwalk to/from the beach. The pool area was great. Definitely would stay again. The owner was great to communicate with. Prior to the trip, we warned about potential issues with the condo/elevator and offered cancellation without penalty. It was a great touch.

It was a really good stay. Depending on what your plans are when you come, that may be the only issue and time of year. Summer can be crowded, but still very nice. Elevator waits and parking were about the only big issues. For younger kids/families, you may have to drive to more populated places if you want to do things other than beach. The beach and view were amazing

The condo is nice and spacious.The view is absolutely amazing. It’s got everything you’ll need kitchen is fully equipped and plenty of fresh clean towels.
