The charming town of Camogli is a typical seaside village which became a tourist center known for its marina and colorful buildings on the seafront, also known as “the city of a thousand white sailing ships”.

The city center, which occupies the valley to the west of the Mount of Portofino, overlooks Golfo Paradiso, at the western end of the Portofino promontory, on the east coast, east of Genoa. Between Camogli and Portofino, in the clear waters of the protected area of Portofino, you will find the bronze statue of the “Christ of the abyss” from 1954 is located at 17 meters deep. Moreover, the largest part of the Portofino regional natural park which belongs to Camogli is worth a visit, and do not miss the defensive castle of Dragonara di Camogli, which boasts a stunning sea view.
