Casa Beni is a nice, clean little apartment that worked out very well for me and my wife in our car tour of southern Germany. I'm not sure about bus and train access, but if you're traveling by car this is a quiet, comfortable spot that is easy to get to. Good location just outside of Bamberg, we were able to make day trips to Bayreuth, Nuremberg, and Wurzburg. Easy access to the autobahn, and there is a lightly used back road that furnishes quick access to REWA, Aldi, Woolworth and more. Parking was available right outside of the apartment, so we never had to worry about paying to park. The apartment had everything we were looking for with the exception of a freezer. The owners live on the grounds so it was easy to check in and out, but apart from checking in and out, we never saw them and it was a rather private stay (which is what we were looking for).
