Nice clean spot with easy check in and check out. Communicative hosts. The one thing I'd suggest as an improvement would be a new bedframe or to tighten the screws on the existing one! It was quite squeaky. Overall a really nice place to spend a quick getaway in Colorado Springs.

A beautiful home…had everything we needed except a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Jordan was easy to work with and very responsive to my questions. It was the perfect size for the three of us. We really enjoyed the location and the privacy. Having our own patio and ability to walk to restaurants was exactly what we wanted. I can tell great care was put into the details and it was beautifully decorated. The kitchen was also the perfect size. We didn’t realize it was on the second floor…but thankfully we didn’t have too much luggage. It was the perfect getaway. We look forward to coming back!

The space was clean and put together well. The listing was not accurate on how the property was set up. This is an alleyway parking/staying situation as the space is above a garage in the backyard. The hot tub is not private, as it is up fairly close to the owners home. The bed in the bedroom is ROCK hard, so if that is not for you, it will not be a comfortable nights sleep.
