Located directly on the beach promenade, the new Bauhaus Villa Vogue will undoubtedly rank among the premium vacation homes in the Baltic Sea resort of Binz starting in 2018, both for its architecture and its award-winning location.

The exclusive and spacious 80-square-meter, three-room apartment “Greta’s Beach Home” on the 2nd floor captivates with its meticulous and exclusive design, its own sauna, and, of course, the wonderful view of the Baltic Sea.

You can take the elevator directly from the underground parking garage to the second floor.

The entire vacation apartment impresses with its open-concept layout and light-filled design. It also gains a special character thanks to its elaborate window designs—generous, floor-to-ceiling glass elements, underfloor heating in every room, and electric roller shades in a white shutter design.

From the bright living area, minimalistically furnished with Poliform furniture, you step out onto the spacious balcony, which is naturally furnished—from there, you can't only enjoy the fantastic view of the Baltic Sea, the chalk cliffs, and the pier, but also take full advantage of the sunset even on colder days.

The high-quality, built-in Bulthaupt kitchen with AEG appliances—including a fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, kettle, a Nespresso machine, and small kitchenware—allows you to enjoy the beautiful side view of the sea even while cooking.

The bedrooms, furnished with Schramm beds, ensure a peaceful and cozy night’s sleep.
The bathroom features a large bathtub, a spacious walk-in shower, and a large sink for two people. A separate toilet goes without saying. You can access the sauna directly from the bathroom—simply wonderful!
The small utility room, equipped with a vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies, is very practical.

You’ll find modern entertainment systems and a TV in the living room and in one of the two bedrooms, as well as included Wi-Fi.

Your personal underground parking space, a coin-operated washer/dryer in the communal basement, and many other on-site amenities will make your stay on Rügen perfect.
