Perched on a high cliff near the historical town of Fuscaldo, in Calabria, Villa Mediterraneo is a luxury 7 bedroom 6 bathroom villa with a breathtaking seaview, a private pool and a 2,000 sqm garden shaded by mature olive trees.
The villa is built on 2 floors with total floor area exceeding 400 sqm.
On the ground floor, it boasts a kitchen in modern Italian style, a beautiful fireplace, a spacious living room with view on the garden, 4 bedrooms (for a total of 2 queen size beds and 4 single beds) and 3 bathrooms.
On the first floor, the villa has 3 bedrooms (for a total of 1 king size bed and 3 single beds) and 2 bathrooms (one ensuite), is furnished with a contemporary style kitchen/sitting room combination and offers a spectacular view on the sea.
Villa Mediterraneo is decorated with elegant Italian style furniture, is fully air conditioned and offers state of the art connectivity and entertainment facilities (free WIFI, 2 flat screen TVs with access to major international TV networks and a kids playing room with an overhead TV projector, a game console and a table tennis set). The large table on the ground floor living room can also be converted into a 1.5x3.0m billiard by reversing the deck.
The magnificent 2,000 sqm garden, shaded by century old olive oil trees, boasts a 6mx12m pool with Jacuzzi system, a large wooden floor area and an amazing outdoor furniture set (dinner table, sofas, tanning sofas). For BBQ and pizza lovers, the garden is also equipped with a large outdoor Italian style oven.

The villa was fantastic and the gardens and the pool were perfect. As a large family visiting the area the villa catered for all ages. The pool and football table and ping pong were used a great deal. The communication with the agency overseeing our stay was great and all questions were answered. We would definitely return.

We had a very pleasant stay in this very nice Villa Mediteraneo.
Our communication with our hosts, Marco and Palolo, was good, Paolo was very synpathic, available and answered always quickly to our demands.
We were several genarations in this house for a family meeting and everyone could have is own private place. The garden is top, green with many flowers, some old olivetrees and with a splendid sea wiew : 180 degres. We had, every evening, a fabulous sunset. Incredible.
The "must" is the overflowing simmingpool ! Always selfleaned.
We would definitely want to come back.

We enjoyed our stay very much. In the beginning of our trip we noticed no pizza shuffle and not enough glasses. One question and the manager arranged to get it next day.
There were some problems with city water. They switched the house on a well of 400m deep. No water problems anymore.
Conclusion: great service and great house

We had a very pleasant stay in this very nice Villa Mediteraneo.
Our communication with our hosts, Marco and Palolo, was good, Paolo was very synpathic, available and answered always quickly to our demands.
