- Smoking is not allowed on the premises.

House was great for our size group, clean, kitchen fairly well stocked and beds pretty comfy. We’ve never rented in this area of lake and glad we tried it out. Property management was good with communication and responses. House had some safety issues such as gate leading out of yard to lake is not easily secured and latch needs to be replaced and several doors inside do not latch or lock are the most major ones. If you have mobile young ones be mindful until they are addressed. I communicated with property management about safety issues, they offered to send someone out to look but since we were aware and had taken precautions we declined until after check out.

We just spent five days at Captains Cove 110 and can’t recommend it highly enough.Things that really contributed to our stay:- The beds were very comfortable. - The house was warm, inviting and nicely decorated, as well as being exceptionally clean. - There was a very good assortment of cookware and bakeware.- We loved the ice machine; it had the “good” ice! - Lots of toiletries and plenty of dishwasher and washing machine pods along with a good supply of paper towels, toilet paper and soap were available. - The provided coffee station and pods were a nice touch. - All of the outdoor entertainment and amenities were wonderful: pool, fireplace, hot tub, tv, grill, fireplace and a slip to park our boat. - Once booked, we were sent a very helpful link to a ton of info about the property and the area. The listing really doesn’t do the property justice-Thanks, Horseshoe Bay Living, for a great stay.

Checkin was seamless, property management had great communication. The house was lovely, very well laid out for families with kids and teens. Very well stocked for a rental! Everyone loved it and have already said they can’t wait to return!

Everything about this house was perfect for our stay. House was amazing, location was fantastic especially with four kids. We used the concierge service to hire a chef for one night who made a delicious dinner for my husbands birthday. I’d highly recommend.
