This cottage is near campus, restaurants, and shops! We stayed for 8 days and made a cute little life of working from the house during the day (great WiFi) and walking to the campus/downtown area for our evening dinners at the outstanding nearby restaurants. Check in and checkout were seamless and communication easy. All the needed amenities are there for your stay. Happy to have stayed at this property!

The house is very clean, beds were comfortable and questions sent to the hostess were answered promptly. The kitchen and bathrooms have all the necessities.Visitors should be aware that the house is on a busy street with traffic noise a constant, except in the middle of the night. Inside the house is quiet so traffic noise wasn’t a big issue for us.

The property was nice. Needs a little TLC . A little odd that you have to walk through one bedroom to get to the other or you had to walk outside and walk around to the front or back door, make sure you had the key or you could not get in. Would stay again.

Lawn overgrown and unkempt. House interior needs deep clean. Musty smell. Great mattress. Street noise. Not suitable for senior citizens (we are). House has potential.
