Responsive host, superb location, and attractive comfortable property. There had been some issue with a minor reno that wasn't quite complete and the host reached out before we arrived and offered a discount. We appreciated their respectful and proactive customer service attitude. I would book again.

Overall, we had a good stay and the home itself is lovely and well located. The space was clean, comfortable, and worked well for our family.The only downside was the first night, when the heating system malfunctioned during cold winter weather, making the main floor quite uncomfortable overnight. This did impact our ability to sleep that night.To their credit, the host and property management were responsive and communicative, and they arranged for someone to come out and fix the issue promptly the next day. Once addressed, everything was fine for the remainder of our stay.Aside from the first night’s heating issue, we had a positive experience and appreciated the quick communication and efforts to resolve the problem.
