* Indoor ground floor offers an air-conditioned dining area for 8 with exit toward outdoor dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with all needed amenities like wine cooler, Dolce Gusto and filter coffee maker, a microwave oven, kettle, and others. Next to the kitchen is a nice terrace with a table and two chairs, a perfect spot for morning coffee while enjoying the green scenery on the Podstrana hills. There is also a separate toilet. A few steps below is a spacious living room with a flat-screen TV, A/C, and a comfortable sofa (that can convert into a sofa bed) with glass walls toward the pool area, elegantly connecting indoors and outdoors.
