This is the second year staying at Marlin’s view. The house was clean, air conditioner worked extremely well. (Most of us used blankets.) Towels and beach chairs provided were plentiful. Would like to have had a few more dish towels-luckily we brought some. Everyone enjoyed having their own bathroom and we could tell from previous stays some remodeling took place( new bathroom) -looked like new washer and dryer-kitchen floor was fixed- kitchen well stocked-new beverage fridge in pantry-new tv’s. Wi-Fi worked great for all 18 of us.We did notice under beds wasn’t as clean -my sister in law found broken piece of glass under upstairs bed. (Not uncommon with cleaners these days) Boys enjoyed pool. Big enough for volleyball game.

Everything was fully stocked. Lots of blankets ,pillows.the ice machine was very nice. Setting for everyone. The kitchen had everything you could need.everyone had a wonderful time. Thank you again

So happy additional bathrooms were added but house still needs more TLC for sure.. 2 kitchen chairs so flimsy could not use -- deck definitely needs attention, either put screens in or take the pieces down !!! Dishwasher away from the sink not working.. This could be the perfect house if someone would go thru and address *** the annoying things..
