Enjoy the breathtaking Florida sunset right from your quiet balcony, and step downstairs for a relaxing stroll on the sand using the balcony stairs. This unit is one of 6 in a very small complex located on the 2nd floor, so you enjoy the elevated view with the added privacy.
Two large bedrooms with two bathrooms will comfortably accommodate 5 people. The spacious kitchen has modern granite counters complete with an oven, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, and dishwasher. The fridge has a built-in filter and ice machine. There is also an in-unit washer and dryer.
ACCESSIBILITY:
There are 3 small steps leading into the building with no ramp, but there is an elevator to the 2nd floor.
We have a private parking space for the condo directly in front of the entrance, with visitor parking just around the corner.

Our beaches are best known for their bright, fluffy sand. Whether you're looking to relax on a towel, go for a scenic jog or stroll, use your fishing poll, or build a sand castle with the kids, this is a top rated beach.
Indian Rocks Beach is quieter than other surrounding beaches, with still just as much to offer. There are dozens of restaurants, bars, and cafe's within walking distance, and many shops and mini golf/activities along Gulf Boulevard. You can also take the Beach trolley to Saint Petersburg Beach or Clearwater Beach...!

The property was great, and what we thought it would be according to the pictures. The hosts were great to work with, and the property was very nice. Ocean front like the pictures! Parking is a little cramped, so if you’re renting a car, you may opt for a smaller car. We flew in from North Carolina and ended up with a big SUV as a rental car. It was tight! Other than that, I would definitely stay again on our next visit.

Ideal location and beautiful views of the gulf!! Gorgeous beach and very friendly neighborhood and locals! Walking to many local establishments. Highly recommend.

The condo is ON the beach! You hear the waves and can enjoy the beauty of the water from the balcony. There are great restaurants right behind you!
