We stayed in this condo two weekends in a row. The loft was great for our boys. It had so much space & gave them their own area to hang out. This made it nice where the adults could enjoy the balcony & living area but still could see the kids. The only thing I would recommend is the three bean bags need more filling in them because they were to flat to sit on. We did love the location & the condo.

To start with, contacted Tim a few times just with random questions and always able to reach on a timely fashion. Everything was as it said it would be and the location for the lake was awesome and our ball tourney was just 30 mins away with easy access to the highway. The loft (or upstairs) was nice and roomy .Will be going back in a week for another tourney, so will be a easy trip. Thank you, Jim

Overall: The unit was nicely decorated and the host was very responsive to questions.Pros; great layout for six people, met our needs, complex is very quiet, boat slip is available Cons: in comparison to other units we’ve rented in the same complex this one was disappointing, towels were limited to one and a half a piece for a week for six people, the unit needs some maintenance TLC, example the toilet seat in one bathroom was cracked we taped it with some packing tape we found in a drawer so backsides did not get pinched, tv remote needed triple A batteries but none were found in unit, cleaning crew has been skipping some areas especially the deck and bathtubsAs I said it met our needs but in comparison to other units in the complex it needs a good deep clean and maintenance work
