This is a great place to stay when in town for all that Downtown Cleveland has to offer. Very clean, quiet, and convenient. Building was secure, and communication with the host was exceptional. The pool was not working (which was not their issue; life happens), but it was beautiful! The kitchen supplies are very basic, but for most people that is not an issue, and we survived just fine :-)

I had a wonderful two night stay. From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described, and the instructions provided made check-in seamless. The apartment was clean, cozy, and quiet, offering the perfect place to relax after a busy day. The building felt very secure, which added to the overall comfort of the stay.Dani thought of every detail. Everything I needed was available in the kitchen, and the snacks left were a thoughtful and much appreciated touch. Communication was excellent throughout my visit, with Dani being responsive and helpful whenever needed.The location was ideal for attending events at Playhouse Square, Rocket Arena, and Progressive Field, with great restaurants a short walk away. Free garage parking for one car was an added bonus. I highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again.

We had a couple of issues. 1. The process to get the fob was very confusing, also 2 trucks were parked in the alley, so we were had to call the owner who gave us directions around the corner to another alleyway that we never would have found without her help. Many of the garage lights are out, so it was very dark and sketchy. Also the numbers for the spaces were missing. Another problem we had was that when we opened the door to the apartment. The smell of carpet fresh and cleaners was so overpowering that we could taste it in our throats. We went to open the window and the only 2 windows , do not open. The other issue was the level of street noise and sirens. We did appreciate the snacks and water. And the owner was very prompt when we called or had a question.
